I just wanted to write to you and say thank you to you and your tech
support staff. You guys have been fantastic in helping us out with the
transition to NEMSIS 3.4. Everyone has been very responsive and patient
with me, especially when I’m putting in multiple support requests in a day.
We are just a small department but the support we have been getting makes
me feel like we’re one of your biggest clients. Again, thank you and keep
